and a registered dietitian. She founded and operates Chef4Life www.chef4life.com, a nutrition and culinary consulting service that actively promotes
healthy eating via cooking demonstrations, presentations, and
product marketing events. Laura
is also the owner of Gigi Trattoria www.gigitrattoria.com
in Rhinebeck, New York, where she can be found many nights
of the week greeting guests at the door while managing the fast-paced
and successful restaurant.
SUSAN
OLIVERIA, Sc.D. M.P.H., earned her Doctorate of Science degree
from Harvard University and holds faculty appointments at the
Strang Cancer Prevention Center, Cornell University Medical College,
and Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. Focusing on the link
between nutrition and cancer, her articles have appeared in leading
medical publications.
MICHAEL
OSBORNE, M.D. is the president of the Strang Cancer Prevention
Center and a professor at Cornell University Medical College.
He has headed the Breast Cancer Research Laboratory at Memorial
Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and is an attending physician at
the New York Hospital-Weill Medical College of Cornell University.
